Hope all are safe in this difficult time of pandemic situation. It is a fact that some of our members are away from their home in this difficult times. We are trying our best to make liaison with the authorities to give them some relief in their posting.

Considering the situation this year we are compelled to conduct the 32nd AGM on virtual mode. The meeting would be held through Google meet. If you do not have google meet, please download it in your smartphone / laptop. The link would be sent 3 to 4 days prior to the meeting. Please make sure that you join through the link at 12 p.m. on the meeting day. It will remain active till the end of the meeting. I would request all members to keep track for the link.

We, Governing body members would be conducting the meeting from our association room at Rabindra Sarovar. Social distancing, sanitiser, mask and other covid19 norms would be followed during the entire duration of the AGM.

We are not sending notice by post. So posted in the association group. This may be treated as AGM notification.

All are requested to join through virtual mode.

Annual Picnic 2024

All the members are hereby informed that Annual Picnic 2024 is going to be held on 07/01/2024 (Sunday) at JAWAHAR KUNJ GARDEN AND PICNIC SPOT, Near Gandhi Ghat, Barrackpore, Dist- 24 Pgs(N). All members of our beloved Association are requested to attend the picnic along with members of family positively.

Subscription:- Rs. 250/- per head (No subscription for children below 12 years old)
